TES Annual Report

UNIQUE JOURNEYS

Strengthening opportunities for students to participate in Co-curricular Activities (CCAs) is a key component of how students create their own unique journeys through their TES school life.

In 2025-26, the CCA programmes across both campuses remained very diverse and engaging. Students can try activities such as sports, music, dance, art, academic clubs, as well as a range of interest/hobby clubs, which offer opportunities to explore new interests or continue existing passions. In High School, there were also opportunities for students to create or lead their own clubs, including charitable clubs that raised money for a variety of worthy causes.

The strength of the programmes can once more be seen in the levels of student participation. At EPC, over 550 students took part in CCAs each semester, from Year 2 / Klasse 1 / CE1 upwards. Types of CCAs included: Sport CCAs, Dance CCAs, Music CCAs, Hobby CCAs, STEAM CCAs and Language CCAs

Many of the music, sport, and dance CCAs also include engaging in external events, including domestic and international performances and competitions.

Similarly, at ESC the participation rate was very high: 90% of students were involved in at least one CCA but most students participated in 2-3 CCAs a week, either at lunchtime or after-school.

The peripatetic music programmes at both campuses were extremely popular also, with 130-135 students attending these individual music lessons weekly each semester. ESC and EPC both ran these programmes of an equal size, showing the interest in music across that age spectrum to be consistently high.
