TES Annual Report
INFRASTRUCTURE
Our facilities across the Swire European Primary Campus (EPC) and Swire Secondary Campus (ESC), together with high quality teaching and a supportive environment, are key to creating the unique learning experience that allows our students to flourish. This was strongly reflected in our June 2026 community survey, with parents expressing particularly high levels of satisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of our campuses (96%), emergency preparedness (96%), on-campus security (94%), and the suitability of our teaching spaces (93%). Construction of the new Middle Years Building at EPC is well underway and scheduled to open in August 2027, together with a new campus entrance designed to support the additional traffic. During summer 2026, we began our playground improvement project, completing the redevelopment of the Reception/MS backyard playground. Work on the central and Nursery/PS/Kiga playground areas is scheduled for summer 2027. Beyond these larger projects, we continued to enhance the EPC environment through regular upgrades, including additional sunshades and outdoor play equipment. At ESC, the new auditorium in the Phase 2 building was completed during summer 2026, providing an enhanced space for performances, assemblies and wider school activities. Plans for the further renovation of the ESC Phase 2 building continue to be explored. Our students responded positively to the overall cleanliness of the school premises, with 86.5% agreement. Their feedback identified opportunities to improve and modernise some of our older washroom facilities, which have been incorporated into our annual upgrade plans. This ongoing programme of investment reflects our commitment to listening to our community and ensuring that our learning environments remain safe, welcoming and well maintained.
