TES Graduate Attributes Connector TES graduates build strong relationships with others through their ability to listen sensitively and articulate themselves clearly. They can do so in multiple languages and situations, understanding the views of others and collaborating in an atmosphere of mutual respect. Critical Thinker TES graduates question, reflect, remain open-minded and have balanced opinions when thinking about problems. This enables them to make informed decisions as they journey through life. Empathetic TES graduates understand the cultural, social and emotional needs of those around them.
