TES Connect 2025 Winter
CEO Greetings
Welcome to the Winter edition of the Connect magazine which contains a wide variety of articles related to activities and learning across our different sections and campuses.
With our whole-school priority and focus on student well-being, we have included a very informative piece from our IT Director on digital wellness, following on from recent presentations and workshops for all staff, students and parents run by external experts. Additionally, a member of the Counselling team writes about our support systems available to students. An interesting development this past term has been the play time initiative at the EPC where break and lunch time play has been transformed into tri-Section themed zones with varied choices of exciting and educative play resources for the children. It is also good to hear from our German Section Kindergarten about the St. Martin’s Day Festival and activities, as well as student experiences in our French Primary Section when they met professional fencer Yilu Guille mot. Once again, a big “thank you” to our Marketing team for the efforts with the hugely successful Autumn Festival and Christmas Bazaar events which are very well-attended by our community and develop a great sense of belonging and identity for our school. I trust you will enjoy reading about our school in the following pages of Connect magazine. I would like to thank the contributors for their interesting accounts which truly reflect the vibrancy and engagement of school life here at TES.
