There are additional advantages that we soon discovered to be very useful functions;

So if you have not downloaded the Community Mobile App yet, do so now, you can manage how and what information you need. New AOS Mobile App Moving forward, the school has also spent the past year preparing a Mobile App for payments. The old Activity Or dering System has gotten an upgrade and the new ‘Admin istrative Operations System’ (AOS) Mobile App will be going live in January 2026. It will make payment for School fees, CCAs, Bus, Trips, super simple via credit card. And gradu ally this will replace the booking system via SchoolsBuddy. Our rollout schedule is: January 2026 - Launch the Mobile App with: 1. Billing & Payments 2. Meal Orders 3. Activities Orders 4. Uniform Shop Orders May 2026 - Bus registration for 2026-27 June 2026 - CCA registration 2026-27 It is an exciting landscape and it is anticipated that the pro cess of receiving information, making bookings and pay ments will be far simpler than already.

Messages sent will be sent into your notification box as well as your email box, so key information is easier to pick up. Anyone who has notifications on, will get a push through on our emergency Messages - which we have already used when the fire burned in the store next to EPC Messages sent were also simultaneously pushed to the Mobile App where many parents saw the information / announcement far earlier than when checking email. So for these reasons alone it is worth all parents down loading the App and setting up the notifications. We have utilised the News Posts now beyond Section news for parents, but with the Community Announcement Board, and the Parent Association Board new notices and news can be received without cluttering up the CEO Mes sage or Section Newsletters.
